Refund policy


1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers can return an item for a refund and place a new order if desired.

5. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake (wrong item or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, it should be returned immediately. A full refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Refunds are only issued after the item is inspected
